Rohit Chawla

MBA '13J

Rohit Chawla is the Founder & CEO of Innovist, a science-led, digital-first house of personal-care brands — including Bare Anatomy, Chemist at Play and SunScoop — built on clean, transparent formulations and in-house R&D. The company scaled across direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, quick-commerce and offline retail to become one of India’s most prominent new-age beauty groups.

In June 2026, L’Oréal — the world’s largest beauty company — agreed to acquire a majority stake in Innovist, with Rohit and his founding team continuing to run the business under L’Oréal India’s Consumer Products Division. It was his second build in the category: he earlier founded The Man Company, the premium men’s-grooming brand later acquired by Emami. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University, and began his career in M&A and strategy consulting across New York and London.

Siddharth Jain is a Director of the INOX Group, the diversified Indian conglomerate spanning industrial and medical gases (INOX Air Products), cryogenic and LNG equipment (INOXCVA), and PVR INOX — India’s largest cinema chain. He joined the group in 2001 and has driven its businesses to market leadership through bold expansion and transformational milestones, including the acquisition of a cryogenic plant in the United States and the landmark PVR–INOX merger.

In May 2026 he received INSEAD’s Global Entrepreneurship Award, presented by Dean Francisco Veloso and IAA President Frans Blom in Oslo, recognising his role in building INOX into a globally competitive, multi-billion-dollar enterprise.
